I refrained from drinking out, but I had a casual drink with a friend who was leaving for America at the end of the year.
The aroma is not very strong. The aroma is not very strong, but it is softly sweet and the flavor spreads softly, and you can feel some citrus acidity in the aftertaste.
It can be drunk easily like water, and is a high level food sake. As the back label says, it goes well with sushi🍣, but of all the things we ate that day, grilled albacore with a squeeze of lemon was the best match 😆.
