A flurry of business trips to Aomori this week.
We had a get-together at a sushi restaurant in Aomori City.
I thought I would drink all the local sake I could, but I was bombarded with Toyobai and Tazake.
The first drink.
I didn't recognize it because it didn't have the usual "Toyobai" written on it, but it was a Toyobai that I had never seen before in Sato Shoten's PB. Well, I have never seen it in Fukushima. The label is also stylish.
They also have a junmai ginjo, but this time it was a special junmai.
The dryness is the same, but it has a smooth and sweet taste, and a bit chili.
It is delicious.
