酒浸り
Mellow and Umami 😊.
100% Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Chiba Prefecture is used. Newly brewed junmai nama sake is aged in an ice refrigerator at -5℃ for more than half a year.
It is unintentionally relaxing when you drink it. It has a soft and soothing taste. The label expresses the overflowing, dripping extract and soft flavor of the sake with a "melting" water drop pattern. The label is designed to evoke the quality and taste of sake as if the entire bottle itself were melting away.
The liquid itself is not thickened.
