Non-filtered, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake
The bottle opened with a rich fruit aroma, kind of like a peach.
And then there's the scent of grain and roasted nuts, apparently.
There was a lot of strong grain sweetness in my mouth, a chattering sensation on the tip of my tongue, a little heavy. It had an alcoholic feel to it, but the sweetness of the rice made it pleasant.
Bitterness and sweetness were in good balance, with a slight astringency.
You had a distinctly alcoholic feeling in your throat, you finally drank half of it (********).
