This time I wanted to drink Sengoku after a long time and this is it! I bought it thinking that it must be delicious with a lot of petitiveness 😊 Zero raw sake.
The aroma is pear-like. The taste was sweet and slightly carbonated. The carbonation was not that strong. It has a nice umami, and the acidity and bitterness are all present, but it finishes off nicely. It was really delicious. It is a sake that truly expresses the deliciousness of nama-shu. Each color is strong, but in the end, it is well-balanced and delicious. Sengoku is the best. Tochigi Ai
