At a neighborhood ramen restaurant 🍜.
The assortment here is mainly modern sake, except for the local ones. One of them had my favorite Aki-shika in a different flag color, so I ordered it last 🦌.
It has a light mouthfeel and a gorgeous ginjo aroma that I haven't had much of with other sakes I've had here so far ✨.
But in the second half, the umami slowly pushes in...
