This is a Junmai Daiginjo from Asahi Shuzo, famous for Kubota.
The rice polishing ratio is 45 percent!
It is not the latest trend, but it is light, Kubota-style, but not dry either.
It is a little bit dangerous, but it makes you want to drink more and more of it.
It is definitely a delicious sake.
