After consulting with the proprietor, we decided on this last one.
Sake from Saga Prefecture, Nabeshima Ako Omachi
The taste of Nabeshima is exceptional!
This is my first time to try Ako Omachi!
Sweet, fruity, delicious 😋!
For the dish, I had them grill a large shiitake mushroom that I had been curious about!
Another dish I was curious about was the crab miso cream croquette!
These two are excellent!
They really go well with sake!

This sake has a full, rich aroma and a juicy, sweet flavor. You can fully enjoy the unique flavor of Omachi.

Yu🎶, yes it is. A great restaurant. Namokka-san knew the restaurant well, so the omakase dishes at the offline meeting were terrific. The single dish for a one-person drink was also excellent. I got to know the owner well so that I can go there alone in the future.
