One good night for Juban, this time it's the famous Kuroryu.
Since the ban on alcohol in restaurants has been lifted, I ordered it when I had lunch at a nearby seafood restaurant. (The dish in the photo is a bowl of rice topped with yellowtail and baby sardines.)
Ichchorai" is a word in the Fukui dialect meaning "one's own house," and in short, it's a must-have!
You can taste the melon flavor in a surprising way 🍈.
I was impressed that this flavor remained intact even after a day had passed. I thought it went very well with sashimi 🐟.
