I drank it on the Shinkansen on my way home from a business trip (of course, I did my best not to inconvenience the people around me).
As the name "super-hot" suggests, I felt a heavy and thick taste the moment I drank it.
However, it was not at all harsh and went down smoothly.
I paired it with sushi, but I think it is a versatile sake that goes well with any meal.
