It's fire-roasted but has a slight tang to it, and it's delicious 😋It's a Saga sake‼️ recently the level of sake from Kyushu has been amazing, and when I think of good sake I often think of Kyushu 🤔.
I realize that rice and water is a thing of the past and now you can make great sake anywhere ✨.
