くるま麩
Purchased at Takashimaya's Sake Festival The tasting is too much fun as it is in 10% increments from 100% polished rice percentage! This time it was Blue 90 Aroma is sour like Shaoxing sake The color is light amber. The mouthfeel is smoother than expected, with a refreshing sourness spreading first. After that, there is a graininess and sweetness. The graininess that passes through the nose gives a sense of calmness. The acidity is caused by the koji used for shochu (rice malt), white koji I think. Thanks to this, it is refreshing and crisp. ✨️ The most impressive thing was the 100% polished rice ratio! Brown rice! It left a very strong graininess after drinking!

Hi Kurumafu 🐦. I hope you enjoyed the sake festival😊🎶Kinkame, 90 and 100 are totally different 😆100 also tastes better when heated, but at room temperature it was as reviewed🤣.

Hi Pon, 🐦️ I've tried it cold, but it seems to have a different taste when it's warmed up! I'd like to try it if I get a chance.
