Cool and fresh summer sake
This junmai-shu is made with Tamakae rice produced in Wakayama Prefecture for both koji rice and kake rice, and is a "summer sake" that has been stored for six months after one fire-irrigation.
It has a pleasant aroma of fruit and a youthful fragrance reminiscent of herbs. It has a refreshing taste with a hint of acidity and is light and easy to drink.
It has an early summer atmosphere when paired with grilled sweetfish or pickled summer vegetables.
