bouken
Next is Kaiharu's Namahashiroshi, Fire-ignited raw sake
Yamaguchi is the name of the master brewer.
It is written on the label in large letters, and the name is pushed to the forefront.
It is a 1BY sake, so it must have been aged for about 6 years, but there is no sense of maturity and it tastes beautiful!
I thought it would be more suited for warming sake, but it's also quite tasty cold.
I got the impression that it's a proper and delicious sake.
