I don't know the sake level or the degree of rice polishing. I'm a fish who can't tell anything from the aroma alone. ...... Let's study up! I think I sense sweetness. I think it will have a complex umami since it is made from Yamahai, but I'm not sure yet.... But it's delicious! Easy to drink, not too heavy, so it goes down easy. It's the kind of sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
