It has a green apple aroma, good acidity, a slight bitterness, and a sharp juicy taste.
Right after opening the bottle, there was a slight gassy feeling and I couldn't help but drink too much!
It is not a particularly sweet sake, but it has a good aroma and a good balance of acidity, and I have the impression that even those who like sweet sake will like it.
