The cloudy nmpics are still going on, but this brand seems to be a second fermentation sake in the bottle 🫧.
When opened, there is no spillage but when poured into the sake cup, there is white foam with quite strong gas🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧.
The standing aroma is mild but has a lactic acid Yakult or Bickle-like aroma and steamed rice nuances. The taste is characterized by a dryness with a punch due to the high alcohol content, while it has a soft rice sweetness and umami with a gas buzz.
If you mix a significant amount of lees, the rice flavor and bitterness will become stronger and more drinkable: ☺️
