This is also delicious. When you take it out of the sake cellar, it is snow cold and refreshing on the palate. The sweetness of the rice lingers in the mouth, leaving no aftertaste in the throat.
After a little while, it becomes cooler and more assertive on the palate. With the change of temperature, it changes its assertion accordingly, but there is no sarcasm in it.
It doesn't interfere with the food either. It is good.
