Kakurei特別純米 令和五年度醸造 越淡麗 生原酒

Tsururei is a Niigata sake with a strong flavor. I usually drink the blue label of Yamadanishiki, but I wanted to try a different label once in a while, so I went for the red label of Tanrei-Fujirushi sake rice.
It is not light, but still umami, with a slight effervescence, as is typical of nama-shu.
Compared to the Yamadanishiki, it is a little less umami and a little more sweet than the Yamadanishiki.
It is tasty, but I prefer the usual blue label.
