I have been curious about this sake that appears in the manga "Mishinbo" for some time, so I went to Amazon and popped it in.
In the manga, the sake was Junmai Ginjo, but I decided to go with Junmai Daiginjo.
To be honest, I was a bit nervous about the sake appearing in the manga, but it exceeded my expectations,
But it exceeded my imagination. It was refreshing and tasty, and I am glad I bought it.
I had it again with sushi from the supermarket, herring sashimi, and squid sashimi.
