Purchased at a local liquor store for heating. As the name suggests, it is human body. The aroma is moderate, and it goes in easily without any unpleasant alcohol sensation. It has no strong sweetness, sourness, or bitterness, and in a good way, it has no unpleasant taste. It's the type of food sake that won't interfere with any dish. For me, who likes umakuchi, it may be a little lacking 💦 I prefer a little more umami from the rice.
