It's not because of that, but it's also very delicious.
The aroma is a little too hacky, but it gives me that feeling. The taste is sweet, as the +2 sake level indicates, and leaves a slight aftertaste on the tongue. Since it is a raw sake, it may take on a different appearance as the days pass.
This was the first time I had ever tasted sake brewed with Kame no O rice, and I am thankful for the days when I can drink such delicious sake.
