Miya Kanbai Junmai Daiginjo Miyamanishiki (Miyagi)
It has a gorgeous aroma typical of Junmai Daiginjo. It is fruity. However, it has a sourness and a moderate sweetness that makes it easy to drink. For Japanese food, it is good with a light dish with soup stock, and for Western food, it is good with cured ham, cheese, bagna cauda and so on. Of course, it is delicious by itself.
