Sake brewed by Okazaki Sake Brewery in the wake of the Noto Peninsula earthquake
I was really curious to see what would happen if Okazaki-san brewed Gohyakumangoku.
It is not fruity, but it is tangy and fresh, and the spiciness typical of Ihyakumangoku matches well with the sweetness of Kamerei. It is so delicious that I wish it could be brewed every year!
