A friend of mine brought me a copy of Tsuchida's Research Brewing 13
A bottle of eating rice with a low alcohol content at a milling ratio of 90%.
It's an interesting sake, so I opened it right away!
It's a very interesting sake, with the sweetness and flavor of the rice being eaten coming through nicely.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed by those who are weak in alcohol and those who are not good at drinking sake.
Rice polishing ratio: 90% (Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 12 degrees
