Can cup of Koshino Katora. A refreshing aroma. Surprisingly, there was an elegant sweetness. I thought it would be more light and refreshing, but was pleasantly surprised by the subtle sweetness. The aftertaste is well-balanced with a Niigata-style flavor. A delicious sake that can be enjoyed without pretension.
