Aroma. It's hard to tell since it's chilled, but it's like apple or peach. It was a little sweet, but the umami was stronger. It has a moderate sweet-umami taste with a slight sour aftertaste, which is very well balanced for a dry sake lover. It can be drunk on its own, but it can also be served as a food sake.
