When I first became interested in sake 20 years ago, I was hooked on CEL yeast Kameizumi, which was recommended to me by the owner of a store that sold a lot of local sake. For some reason, I had not drank any sake made with CEL yeast since then.
The fruity and sweetness I felt then, I knew it was good! I'm so happy, I'm begging for more! 😜.
