It has a sweet taste when you drink it. The acidity is almost imperceptible. The aroma is also fruity. The aroma is also fruity, but this sake is lighter and has a gentle tropical fruitiness. It has a gentle drift of tropical fruit🍋 style. ❗️ It also has a firm umami flavor. ⤴️ Personally, I prefer this ginjo sake! Comparison with Daiginjo...what a waste! Both are raw!
