NorkThis is the first sake brewed with Nama-moto (raw material) brewing in the long history of the Sogen Brewery.
It has a strong flavor of rice and acidity!
It also has a nice sharpness!

Sogen: Junmai, Hiyamizume, Hiyamazume-harakizake.
Rice used: Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio: 65%.
Alcohol: 18%.
