Ishikawa Sake
Tetorigawa Junmai Namaeshu Shiboritate
I bought this sake at my favorite liquor store to try other sake besides Akita, Fukushima, and Ibaraki. This sake is delicious. I don't know if it tastes good because it's a raw sake, but I like it. It is similar to Kido in feel. It has sweetness and umami, with no cloying taste. It has more acidity than Kido, but it is not unpleasant. It has a sour taste, but it is mild and disappears quickly. It is delicious. I found a good sake. I am happy that I can buy it at my favorite liquor store. It might be a good idea to find a brand you like and enjoy the sake of the season. There are so many brands that I like.
