兵藤幸樹
This is a lucky sake that is tied up every year in Risshun and sent directly to the liquor store to be drunk fresh. When poured into a glass, it has a fresh aroma of green apples, and when held up to the light, you can see grains of carbonation. It is soft on the palate, but while expanding in the mouth, it has a thick yet refreshing finish.
