I drank it for the first time at the Mie Yokkaichi Sake Brewery Fair.
I heard it was a small brewery and there was no brewer.
This is a classic sake!
It tastes so good!
It has a little body, and it's a bit like a green vegetable.
Just the way I like it!
I drank it cold, but the brewery recommends lukewarm.
The aroma is of fresh aromatic wood and shiitake mushrooms.
Good as a food sake
