塩むすび
This is another sake that is new to me.
All the ingredients are from Noto, so it is Noto Junmai.
The taste and aroma of rice is well expressed 😳.
I think the aftertaste is a little dry.
Of course it is a food sake, but I felt it is a sake I would like to drink as an evening drink as well.
I wanted to buy some as a souvenir to support Noto, but the store I stopped by only had refrigerated ones, so I gave up 💔.
