Fukuju Junmai Ginjo to be drunk at a sake brewery
The menu said "glass", so I had plenty of room to spare.
Although I was a little concerned about the thickness of the sake, it was poured generously into a large sake cup and saucer.
It was a glimpse of the ability of the directly-managed store.
The sake is slightly sweet.
