The rice used is Ichihozumi with a milling ratio of 50% and an Alc of 15.
The yeast is Association No. 1 yeast.
I was curious to drink it since it is not distributed nowadays 🐰.
I don't know what it was from because it was a bottle and not freshly opened, but it had a strong acidity.
It was sold as a product, but I didn't take it home this time because I felt a bit brave.
I would like to drink it again if I see it!
