I couldn't keep the explosive in the fridge for too long. I used the ice pig to open the bottle with trepidation, but luckily this time it was mature enough to release its gas immediately. The bottle was stirred deliciously, and the ultimate in deliciousness, different from Shinshu Kamerei, please show us. Now, let's get going! The cool, refreshing, slightly tangerine aroma wafts through the air, and the silky mouthfeel of the intense gas shrieks and nigori is truly irresistible. When you bite into the dryness brought about by the secondary fermentation in the bottle, you can taste the pure sweetness and umami of the rice without any fruity or mineral notes. It is a wonderful sake with no strange sweetness. The pressure created by the gas in the bottle produces a strong, throat-piercing sharpness.
