This is a summer-only sake purchased at Mizukami.
I opened and closed the bottle three times and finally opened it. It's delicious with a nice shwash!
It is just right for an aperitif.
Two of us finish it in just one glass each. After this, we enjoyed the second day of Mikotsuru 😌.
It is getting much cooler today.
Maybe I'll warm up some sake when I get home😄.
By the way, I took a peek at the Kanazawa sake brewery in Kanazawa station, and it seems they started selling Ishikawa hiyaoroshi on September 1. I couldn't find the name of Okunoto's Shirakiku on the list, but maybe it won't be sold this year 😭.
