There is almost no top-fragrance. When it is drunk, it tastes deliciously spicy and gradually becomes sharp. The hint of fragrance is also subtle and junmai-like. It has a rather dry image. I bought it to drink warm, so I warmed it up to lukewarm and it really came into its own. The aroma of rice stood out softly, and the sweetness spread out as it was drunk, with little dryness and a slight acidity that improved the sharpness. Raising the temperature a little more to the upper end of the range (kamikan or hot-kan) made it even easier to drink as the warmth seeped into the body. It is good both cold and hot, and goes well with food. We recommend Kamikan. It went well with homemade meatballs stewed in sweet and spicy sauce.
