Happy New Year!
On the morning of New Year's Day, we drank Kiji Sake Brewery.
Or rather, I drank it up yesterday, and this is the only bottle left.
We thought we would have a refreshing sake for the New Year's sake, but what we had left was unfiltered sake (lol).
We enjoyed the festive season with a sense of mellowness.
The cloud is the cloud of Unnan City in Shimane Prefecture, where the Kiji Sake Brewery is located.
It is a historical town where the legend of Yamata no Orochi remains.
It is a small brewery, but they are carefully brewing sake.
It's not flashy, but it's the kind of sake you want to drink while savoring it slowly.
I wish you all a very happy new year!
