We bought this last month in Shinshu. It was priced at 2,090 yen. If I lived in the neighborhood and could buy it quickly, it would be enough to make me think that I could drink this everyday for dinner. Mellow and dry" is exactly what it is, mild and not flashy, but simply delicious, different from light, of course not mellow, but somewhere in between, I can't describe it well (...;).
It makes me want to chase it a bit 😆.

I brought some home from Kasuga! I was curious about it and brought it home with me. ✌️ Like Katsuma, it's a small amount, but it's handmade and tastes good, albeit modest 😄.
