There is almost no top notes. When you drink it, it is fresh and light on the palate, with an elegant and discreet sweetness, acidity, and a pleasantly weak bitterness that spreads in a well-balanced manner, and then quickly slips away. This is delicious. The subtle fruity aroma. It is a standard Akabe sake. It is wonderful that this is a standard sake. It is also good in terms of cost. The acidity is addictive. I wanted to drink it warm, so I asked the waiter and bought a bottle of hi-ire junmai, but it is also good cold. When I warmed it up to lukewarm, the aroma became more pronounced and the acidity seemed to increase. I felt it became a little spicier. It is delicious this way, but we recommend drinking it chilled to refresh the palate. I thought that sake with freshness and juiciness is better served cold. Similar to Mizuo's Nama Ippon? It went well with homemade ground meat curry, Kawanakajima white peach jelly, yogurt ice cream, and raisin butter papico. Good both during the meal and on its own.
Particularly my favorite.
