Kumakichi
Next, we opened a bottle of Hachinohe Shuzo's low-polished [KM96].
This bottle, made with the Kimura family's "Mashigura" rice, has a 96% milling ratio, and when poured into a glass, it has a yellowish tinge to it.
It is characterized by a wild flavor and acidity that is like biting into an ear of rice without any sweetness.
I think this one will be delicious even when heated up!
Rice polishing ratio: 96% (100% Mashigura rice is used)
Alcohol content: 13%.
