Next up is the second from the left, a special junmai sake made with yeast extracted from the flowers of the sacred sasayuri lily (sasayuri), and using Yamanokami yeast.
The first aroma is faintly sweet.
When you take a sip, it has a refreshing sweetness and richness with a clean mouthfeel.
It also has a refreshing sweet aroma.
It was also delicious.
