So, dinner and poshake. Today, we went to Shinjuku Sohonten Sake Brewery.
Today's main attraction was a comparison of Jikin, Jyushiyo, and Kuroryu. Moreover, we were able to compare a distinguished lineup: Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai Nama, Jyushidai Bessen Morohaku Hakutsuru Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo, and Kuroryu Shizuku. It was amazing.
All of them are so delicious that I don't even care about the differences between them, but there are some differences between them.
The Jikkom is light and refreshing. Kuroryu is dry and thick. Jyushidai is somewhere in between, with a good balance.
