ponemI miraculously bought a bottle of Jikin at the end of the year.
I tasted a bottle slowly over a month.
The aroma is medium with nuances of apple, mango and pineapple.
The taste is firm but gentle, with a lot of acidity followed by sweetness, and gradually the umami of the rice spreads slowly.
The juiciness in the mouth is irresistible!
To be honest, it was hard to drink when it was first opened because of the stinging alcohol taste.
But as the day goes by, it becomes rounder and rounder, and I think I like it best now.
