Rice used is Kitashizuku
This is a genuine kura-only, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
Fresh and full of alcohol, with a punchy mouthfeel.
Sweetness can be felt in the mid-palate, but the overall volume is too much and soon disappears.
It may not be able to compete with other strong flavored food items.
It was a delicious sake that was well worth drinking. ‼️
