I chose a dry sake to finish the 9th type of today's first encounter 😋😜.
It is a very dry sake with a faint aroma of rice and a slight bitter taste on the palate 🥰.
I drank a total of 4.5 gos of sake in about 4 hours, chipping away by myself...I drank a lot after a long time.
I went home reflecting on what I should have done 😅...I should have made a set to compare the remaining 3 types of sake.
