とっきー
It is a familiar brand at the Ise-Shima Summit.
(I heard that Daiginjo-shu was served.)
It was a mellow sake, as it is a pure raw sake.
It has a strong taste of rice.
I didn't feel much acidity, but I thought it was an easy sake to pair with food.
Thanks to this, the meal went well 🎵.
The slightly bitter aftertaste is also nice!
