We opened the bottle early because last year we let it sit for a while and it settled down too much!
I was prepared for the bottle to open automatically and cured it, but it was fine.
The white cloud didn't rise and fall, so I guess the activity has stopped.
However, the fizzy and rummy sensation is still there!
It was an enjoyable comparison with the second day of Sharaku.
